ANGRY!
Your only child? Are you kidding me? You are going to be mad that I drew on the walls with a pen? Okay. Here you go. My angry face. Cover your ears because I am belting out the loud cries today.
TROUBLE!
Today I made a bad choice. I was caught red handed. I tried to blame it on the boys (Trevor and Tyler) but my mama wouldn't buy it. She saw me. How could I be so silly? I had no one watching out and covering me. I decided that I would take the pen (my new favorite thing) and draw on the walls. Yes people, on the walls. Of my house...not paper but a real wall. I haven't told my dada yet. Oh by the way, I love coloring on furniture, floors, and pants. Nothing is safe.
Blog much?
Kids N Motion
We went to Kids N Motion today and the boys had a blast. I was really trying to tire them out so they would nap and I could get some peace and quiet. They thought I was just being nice and taking them there for fun. Silly boys! They had a great time. When they knocked over the little kids I had to smile and say, "Oh my gosh. I am so sorry but they aren't mine. I am just watching them this summer." It's so crazy that no parent wanted to talk to me and gave me dirty looks. What? Do I smell? I took like 120 pictures because they are so cute but could only post a few. Enjoy.

Cooking 101
Trevor was dying to make cookies that I bought a while ago and when Tyler napped (finally) we had time to make them. He loved it. He is a great baker and even informed me that DC cupcakes (or something like that) is a great show that he watches and it's so great because...you know it's in DC and they make cupcakes. Really? I had no idea.

He waited right by the oven for them to cook and kept wanting to know when they would be ready. I started to sweat because I don't cook or bake and was worried they would burn.

Finally they cooled off.

Then they were ready to eat. Actually Trevor didn't eat them. He just licked the top. Are you kidding me? He said he only likes Oreo cookies. Why did we make them? Of course I ended up eating 3 in a row. :(

Wednesday
The boys are into everything and tumbling is one of the things. Wendesday each boy did rolls across the living room floor like 50 times. I am so happy that no one broke their neck. Telling them "NO" is like tearing one of their arms off. Go ahead...show off and then we will have to go to the Emergency Room. Where do they learn these things?

It started like this...
When we got back home from picking up the boys we all got into bed to watch cartoons because the boys were "tired." Trevor was too tired to get from the car to the door and I had to hoist him on my back with Sammie on my hip while making sure that Tyler didn't bang my neighbors car door (again). Not to mention that the boys had to have raffie, motorcycle, a tanker truck, and ipod to bring to Summer Camp. Guess what? Not one boy carried one of those things. I put the ipod in my sock, the tanker truck in my purse and raffie got stuck in Tyler's shorts. I have no idea where the motorcycle went.

Dress Up
After the boys got bored with cartoons they decided to destroy our closet. Luckily they didn't touch one thing of mine. Uncle Dave's hats and shoes had no chance. They wanted ties and belts but I had to draw a line somewhere. Sammie just watched and laughed and I really think that she thought I was going to put one of them in time out for making a big mess. Guess what people? My OCD is better because I had no problem with them messing up Dave's stuff. When they started to open my drawers everyone went to time out. Look how cute they are.

Boys Will Be Boys
Okay...there are lots of things that I am not used to with taking care of boys. One of them is that anything that's a toy can easily turn into something else. Do you know what I mean? For Sammie a book is a book and a vacuum cleaner is a vacuum cleaner. For the boys a book is a shield and a vacuum cleaner is a gun. Also Sammie's xylophone turned into a skateboard. Who knew?

Chuck E. Cheese
Okay. We went to Chuck E. Cheese today. Obviously, I am an idiot and caved when the boys begged to go. Look at how much fun they had. After we played we got a treat although I said "No" over and over again. I think the boys could convince the Virginia lottery to give me a million dollars. They are that good.

Tyler couldn't reach the pedals to drive the car so he had to drive like this. So funny. Actually, he didn't care if he was really playing or pretending so he saved me a lot of money on tokens.

A sweet treat at the end!

Crafts and Lunch
Since the weather was bad and Sams was still recovering we stayed inside today. HUGE mistake. We tried to make crafts but of course I didn't have glue. Oops. Tyler didn't like doing the crafts but Trevor worked really hard on his baseball field. He didn't even care that I couldn't make a diamond. He even helped Sammie make her craft. What a sweetheart.

Crafts were followed by lunch. Tyler dropped his lunch all over the floor so he ate on the deck.

Dust off the cobwebs!
Today Trevor was dying to use the treadmill. So I let him. I know this is a safety issue because he has no shoes and he's six. Should he really be running on a treadmill? You know what? At summer camp in Woodbridge there are no rules. Anything goes. Do what you want because I am watching the Today Show. At least someone is using it.

Trevor
While Tyler was napping (thank God) Trevor got creative and decided that we needed to set up the living room like Cracker Barrel. He worked really hard and brought down chairs, got plates, and put his customers in place. George, Bear, Baby, and Mickey had a wonderful meal. If the animals/ customers weren't tall enough to see over the table/ottoman he stacked books for them. Is this not the cutest thing? Trevor even invited Sammie to eat something.

Back to Normal

It's amazing what a super hot load of laundry does right people? Things are back to the way they were...clean. I can't wait to put the toilet rug in front of the toilet again after the latest "problem". The funniest thing that Trevor said today was, " You used the Eagles towel in the bathroom?" I replied with "Are you kidding me? I needed all the towels I can get my hands on." Which actually means I was yelling, "Seriously...**** all over the floor?" You know what? For those boys I would do anything.
P.S. I didn't mean the last sentence. I was just trying to be nice :)
